All mimo magnets are custom made to order using the photo you upload.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Processing time may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.


Shipping Area

At this time, mimo magnets only ships within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping due to high international shipping costs.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, mimo magnets is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Mimo Magnets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at mimomagnets@gmail.com.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos if the package arrived damaged
