Custom Product Policy
Because all mimo magnets are custom made from your uploaded photo, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Each magnet is made specifically for your order and cannot be restocked.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Order Issues Related to Uploaded Photos
Customers are responsible for the quality of the images they upload.
We recommend uploading high-resolution photos for the best print quality. We cannot issue refunds or replacements due to images that appear blurry, pixelated, or low resolution if the uploaded file itself was low quality.
Shipping Area
At this time, mimo magnets only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping due to high shipping costs.
